This is how I turned it in, but I think I'll work on it more when I get it back. I thought it was the most impressive of the class. Can I say that without being conceded?

Getting better at mixing pastels
Just some more work at getting skin tone by combining a few pastel colors. Her head is too small, though. I've gotta work on those small heads...

fidget and red
The lovely redhead who wouldn't stop fidgetting. My favorite part is the ear. It makes me happy.

Well... I'm back. Let the bidding begin.
I'm back in school... I've had a new job since October of last year. I currently work at Glamour Shots as a graphic artist and (non-pushy) salesperson. I just applied for a two-day gig drawing for an audience in front of a cosmetics store in a very posh mall. Perhaps I'm jumping the gun, but the hiring manager said she "loved" my work. :-D I had to tell everyone :)
I've been taking classes to get my bachelor's degree since this past spring. This quarter, I finally get to take a life drawing class. Here is the first of many sketches I'll be posting. This is "Peter Stretching" and is charcoal on 18x24 newsprint.
Yay!!
Here's hoping I stick to my blog this time.
